Week 6:
Eating, Movement
& Daily Rhythm

Measure condiments, slow down your first bites, use your muscles, keep your wake-up time steady, pause before seconds and notice progress beyond the scale.

Week 6 review of six practical weight loss habits

Repeat small actions instead of changing everything at once

This week combines food awareness, a short strength exercise, daily rhythm, hunger checks and non-scale progress. Choose one action that fits your current routine and practise it consistently.

Day 1 measure seasonings and oil once
DAY 1

Measure Your Condiments and Oil Once

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to measure your condiments and cooking oil just once.

Even when your main food choices are well managed, the amount of oil, mayonnaise, dressing or sauce can become larger than expected when you pour it without measuring.

You do not need to calculate everything in detail.

For just one meal today, measure your oil or dressing with a teaspoon before using it 😊

Simply knowing how much you normally use can make it easier to adjust your intake without making major changes 💪

Day 2 slow down for the first five bites
DAY 2

Eat Your First Five Bites Slowly

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to eat the first five bites of your meal slowly.

When you eat too quickly, you may eat more before you have had time to enjoy the meal or notice how satisfied you feel.

Trying to eat the entire meal slowly may feel difficult, so starting with only five bites is enough.

Today, put your chopsticks or fork down after each of your first five bites 😊

Slowing down slightly can make it easier to notice your fullness and feel more satisfied with your meal 🍽️

Day 3 stand up from a chair ten times
DAY 3

Stand Up from a Chair 10 Times

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to include a short strength exercise in your day.

During weight loss, walking is important, but exercises that use your muscles are also beneficial.

You do not need to complete a long workout. You can begin with something simple and manageable.

Today, slowly stand up from a chair 10 times. Complete one or two sets if you feel comfortable 😊

Keep good posture and only work within a range that does not cause pain in your knees or lower back 💪

Day 4 keep your wake-up time consistent
DAY 4

Keep Your Wake-Up Time Consistent

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to avoid making large changes to your usual wake-up time.

In addition to getting enough sleep, maintaining a regular daily routine may help support more stable appetite levels, energy and physical activity.

Even when you would like to sleep longer on your days off, try not to change your wake-up time too dramatically.

Today, choose tomorrow’s wake-up time and keep it within 30 minutes of your usual time 😊

You do not need perfect sleep. Creating a routine that is realistic and repeatable is more important 🌙

Day 5 wait ten minutes before getting seconds
DAY 5

Wait 10 Minutes Before Having More Food

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to wait briefly before having a second serving.

Immediately after finishing a meal, it may be difficult to tell whether you are still physically hungry or simply used to eating a little more.

Today, when you feel like having another serving, wait 10 minutes, then rate your hunger from 0 to 10 😊

If you are still genuinely hungry, it is fine to calmly add an appropriate amount of food 🍚

Day 6 check changes beyond body weight
DAY 6

Notice One Change Beyond Your Body Weight

Good morning ☀️

Today’s weight-loss tip is to pay attention to progress beyond the number on the scale.

Body weight can fluctuate because of hydration, digestion, bowel movements and the amount of food in your body.

Because of this, focusing only on your weight may cause you to overlook genuine progress.

Today, choose one and record it: your waist measurement, how your clothes fit, your sleep quality or how easily you climb stairs 😊

Even when the scale does not change, your health, fitness and daily habits may still be improving 💪

DAY 7: WEEKLY REVIEW

Tick what you completed and choose one habit to continue

  1. Measure your condiments and oil once
  2. Eat your first five bites slowly
  3. Complete a short strength exercise
  4. Keep your wake-up time consistent
  5. Wait 10 minutes before having more food
  6. Notice progress beyond your body weight

It is completely fine if you did not complete every habit. Today, place a tick next to the habits you completed and choose one habit to continue next week 💪

Changing everything at once is difficult. Repeating one manageable habit is generally more likely to create lasting progress. Questions and short updates are welcome.
