Watch Their Progress
Over Time

SHIN FITNESS Basketball regularly posts short training videos on Instagram. It is not only a way to show our sessions — it is also a training record that makes it possible to look back and see how much players have improved.

The SHIN FITNESS Basketball Instagram account regularly records real training sessions in short videos. When older clips are compared with current ones, the development in our players becomes much easier to see.

Improvement is rarely one dramatic change. It is the result of many small improvements repeated over a long period of time.

See the difference from then to now

When you watch the same players every week, gradual changes can be easy to miss. Go back several months or a year, however, and differences in ball handling, shooting, footwork, body control and game decision-making become much clearer.

One reason we continue to update Instagram is to keep a record of that development process. The goal is not only to show how a player looks today, but also how much work and repetition it took to get there.

SHIN FITNESS Basketball Training Videos

We regularly post short clips so families and players can see the training environment, the types of drills we use and the game-like work we do.

Why we regularly use full-court 5-on-5

When attendance and indoor court availability allow, SHIN FITNESS regularly creates opportunities to play full-court 5-on-5 multiple times during the week.

This gives players experiences that isolated skill work cannot fully reproduce: transition, spacing, passing, defensive recovery, communication and decision-making at game speed.

FITNESS

Fitness for basketball

Full-court basketball repeatedly changes from offence to defence. Players learn to keep moving, recover and make decisions while tired.

SKILL

Skills that work in games

Dribbling, passing and shooting are trained so they can be used with defenders, teammates and real game pressure around the player.

DISCIPLINE

Discipline and focus

Listen, respond quickly, follow instructions, keep playing and complete the work properly. Training habits matter as much as drills.

CONSISTENCY

Consistency over time

Long-term progress requires regular repetition. Consistent training helps players make their skills and confidence more reliable.

Learning how to improve

SHIN FITNESS is not only about doing more training. We want players to understand how improvement happens: identify what needs to change, listen to coaching, try the correction immediately, repeat the fundamental movement and carry it into the next session.

Over time, players begin to learn how to improve themselves rather than simply waiting for a coach to give them another drill.

Regular training, repetition and game-like experience.

Instagram is a record of SHIN FITNESS player development

Our Instagram account keeps older training videos as well as current ones. For players who have trained with SHIN FITNESS for a longer period, comparing earlier clips with recent ones can make their progress very clear.

Player development is not only about asking, “How good is the player today?” It is also about asking, “Where did they start, and how far have they come?”

Skill · Fitness · Discipline · Consistency

SHIN FITNESS Basketball aims to develop more than basketball technique. We want players to build fitness, discipline, consistency and an understanding of how to keep improving.
