Sessions held both indoors and outdoors (indoor court fees not included).

Training Schedule:
Training 7 days a week in January.
Sessions are 2 hours long and designed to make a noticeable impact.
Important Notes:
Membership fees are non-refundable (except for permanent illness or injury).
Outdoor sessions may be canceled due to weather.
