Basketball Training Program

All Skill Levels Welcome – Ages 7 to 20

At Shinfitness, our program is designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball to boys and girls of all skill levels—from complete beginners to advanced players preparing for high-level competition.

1-on-1 Private Training

100% Results. 100% Focused on You.
Private sessions are just you and your coach, working together with full focus on your personal goals. With over 25 years of basketball experience, your trainer specialises in Personal Basketball Development, offering tailored coaching to help you improve faster and more effectively.

Group Sessions

Train hard. Have fun. Improve together.
Athletes who train 2 to 3 times per week or more consistently achieve better results. Our group sessions are intentionally kept small—only 2 to 15 players per session—to ensure personalised coaching and quality feedback for each participant.

You’ll still receive plenty of personal attention and motivation, but at a fraction of the cost of private training.

Each session focuses on:
Individual skills and fundamentals
Team strategy and basketball IQ
Leadership, work ethic, and sportsmanship
Positive, fun, and supportive team environment
