How often should I train for Basketball?
For any player really looking to get better and improve there game, I recommend
at least 10-15 hours per week.

Strangth training offers kids many benefits.
During childhood, kids improve their body awareness, control and balance
through active play. As early as 7 or 8.
It's about thier future.
You need to work for 5 days a week after finishing college or uni.
Imagine you work for 40 hours a week and look after your kids.
That's tough.
Basketball training is even a good idea for kids who simply want to look

feel better. In fact, this form of exercise might put your child on a lifetime
path to better and fitness.
